These Terms of Service govern your use of CliraFlow, an intelligent communication platform for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a CliraFlow account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
CliraFlow is an intelligent communication platform that helps small businesses and entrepreneurs manage their contacts and communications in one place. It includes contact management, email campaigns, automations, sequences, and public forms. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
3. Account requirements
To use CliraFlow you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Plans and billing
CliraFlow is offered on a monthly subscription with tiered plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum). The service uses a credit system: 1 credit equals 1 email sent, priced at $0.01. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, while à-la-carte credit packs do not expire. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Except in exceptional cases, fees already paid are non-refundable and not prorated.
5. Acceptable use
CliraFlow is an email platform, so responsible use is essential. You agree NOT to: • Send spam or unsolicited email. • Use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists. • Send illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content. • Distribute malware or attempt phishing or impersonation. You agree that you WILL: • Send email only to contacts who have given explicit opt-in consent. • Include a working unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing email — CliraFlow adds this automatically. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
6. Data ownership
You own your contacts and the content you create in CliraFlow. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep CliraFlow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. When possible, we will announce scheduled maintenance in advance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliraFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in your most recent invoice.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will notify you when reasonably possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes at least 30 days in advance when possible. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Santiago, Chile.
